1) Pour ultra-heat treated milk or unskimmed milk (preferably
3.5% fat) into a container suitable for hob or microwave. The
liquid should not reach the brim of the container. Heat the mild
without bringing it to the boil, or use very cold milk (approx.
4 ?C).

Now place the whirl disk of the SoLait directly under below
he surface of the milk and push the button. Move the whirl disk
up and down inside the froth to make it even more fine-pored.
After approximately 15-20 seconds you have enough milk froth
for 1-2 cups of white coffee. Do not knock the axle of the SoLait
against the rim of the container so as not to bend it.

Spoon the milk froth into a cup. If you want to make several
cups of cappuc cino, you can froth the remainder of the milk
in the container again.

After use, clean the whirl disk under the tap using warm water.
